Superstar couple [lastfm]Beyonce[/lastfm] and [lastfm]Jay-Z[/lastfm] are making history, because of their admission into the Guinness Book Of World Records; their combined earnings have put them there.

After earning $122 million collectively till June 2009, the “Carter clan” has earned the title, “Highest Earning Power Couple.”

[lastfm]Lady Gaga[/lastfm] joined them as well, holding the title, “Most Searched-For Female.”

[lastfm]Jay-Z[/lastfm] was a shoe-in for the recognition; the entrepreneur, turn hip-hop mogul was listed as the “Hip-Hop’s Top Earners” after making over $65 million this year from his Blueprint III tour. Furthermore, his efforts and hands in the Broadway play Fela!, the New Jersey Nets, Rocawear clothing line and 40/40 night clubs were impressive additions.

[lastfm]Michael Jackson[/lastfm] made it into the record setting book with the title “Most Searched for Male on the Internet.”
