Word is [lastfm link_type="artist_info"]Whitney Houston[/lastfm] is secretly dating [lastfm link_type="artist_info"]Tyrese[/lastfm].  Supposedly an unidentified insider told the National Enquirer that they’re dating and she’s even talking marriage.  The insider said they met at a pre-GRAMMY party back in February.  And fyi, Whitney is 47 and Black Ty is 32.  Um yeah, that’s what you call a COUGAR!

Even though he apologized to Jay-Z, Beanie Sigel is back talking trash.  He’s blaming Jay for him missing out on signing a deal with G-Unit.  He said, “When I first got out of jail…I could’ve had (a deal) over there.  [lastfm link_type="artist_info"]50 Cent[/lastfm]) wanted to give me a label, a whole label deal…and a whole lot of money too.”  He said he called Jay about being released from his deal, but Hov told him “Let me see what I can do” but “had no intention of letting him walk.”

Jimmy Henchman Hit With 13 Charges
Speaking of walking, Jimmy Henchman probably won’t be walking free anytime soon (unless he’s being prosecuted by the same DA as Casey Anthony).  On Wednesday he was indicted on 13 charges related to his alleged role as the head of a national drug ring.  Prosecutors claim he was raking in more than $10 million a year.  He and his brother were arraigned yesterday.  He’s facing life in prison but pleaded not guilty.

The question of the day is, is John Legend guilty?  Yep, he’s being accused of stealing a song by New Jersey song-writer Anthony Stokes.  He says he gave JL a demo back in 2004, but never heard back from him.  Then in 2006, Stokes sais John released “Maxine’s Interlude,” which he claims is a rip-off of his song.  He’s seeking unspecified damages.

Nicki Minaj’s New Song Isn’t A Tribute To Her Cousin
Speaking of songs, a Nicki Minaj song, “We Miss You,”  that hit the internet yesterday is not  tribute to her murdered cousin.  People assumed that song was about Nicki’s cousin, Nicholas “Juse” Telemaque, who was fatally shot outside a Brooklyn club in the wee hours of July 4th.  But Nicki says the song is actually a year old;  she hit Twitter saying, “Tho the lyrics of We Miss You eerily depict the circumstances surrounding my cousin’s death, I wrote & recorded that song on 5/24/2010. It was sent to [lastfm link_type="artist_info"]Mariah Carey[/lastfm] & [lastfm link_type="artist_info"]Keyshia Cole[/lastfm] over a year ago for a possible feature. “We miss you,” are words Waka Flocka probably won’t hear when he decided to stop rapping.  Waka says he’s sick of the rap game and is ready to quit.  Waka went on Twitter and ranted “This game 2 fake I quit rap this after this year.”  Yeah, but um, why do we have to wait until the end of this year though?!
