As if Wesley Snipes doesn’t have enough trouble, as he serves a three-year sentence for tax evasion, he’s now being sued by American Express. The company claims Wesley hasn’t paid his $30,000 credit card bill and now AmEx wants the cash, plus interest and attorney fees. Wesley will be released from prison in 2013.
