From The Morning Maddhouse (6a-10a)

Charlotte’s Chief Of Police Rodney Monroe stopped by the station to talk about the negative impacts bullying has while at our CMS schools and everyday life in the Queen City.  We’re excited to have Police Chief Monroe along with the Charlotte Mecklenburg Police Department on board with our “Stand Up Speak Out” initiative!

Bullying nowadays isn’t just physical anymore.  It can now reach cyberspace as people can send hateful messages or comments to classmates or random strangers without anyone the victim knowing who you are.  Listen To Monroe’s comments on how we can end bullying in Charlotte and surrounding areas.

Plus, listen to a local police officer and a U.S. Attorney General about how we can also “Stand Up, Speak Out” for a victim of bullying today.

Click Here to learn more about CBS Radio’s “Stand Up Speak Out” Anti-Bullying program.  Then, Sign The Pledge and get your friends to sign it as well so we can maybe throw a Pep Rally in your school’s honor for taking the pledge against bullying!
