Just days after the premiere of Love & Hip-Hop’s third season, Mandeecees Harris is being charged with having a sexual relationship with a 15-year-old between September 2009 and April 2010. If convicted, he faces up to 20 years in prison.

Memphitz Drops His Lawsuit
Speaking of Love & Hip Hop, Toya’s husband Memphitz has quietly shutdown his lawsuit against the show Love & Hip Hop Atlanta. He had been claiming that the show allowed K. Michelle to slander him by accusing him of abusing her when they dated! Media Takeout got a copy of his motion to dismiss. It doesn’t say why he’s dropping it, so this is interesting, because he was so hype about it!

Shawty Lo Tells His Haters To Have A Seat
Well, one reality star who isn’t backing down quietly is Shawty Lo! He won’t apologize for his upcoming reality show, All My Babies’ Mamas. He told MTV, “You can hate all you want to… I’m supposed to turn my back against it? If I wasn’t taking care of my kids, then you would really dog me out, but I’m taking care of my kids, providing for my family… “ Now if you wondering how Lo ended up with all those kids in the first place, he says that, “Once you feel like a girl was your girlfriend or whatever, the rubber probably came off. They wouldn’t have an abortion. They used to take the money and run with it, and they’d have a baby by the most popular guy in the street, and that’s how I had all them kids.”

Zero Dark Thirty was number-one at the weekend box office. The thriller, chronicling the decade-long hunt for Osama bin Laden. The comedy A Haunted House opened in second with $18.8 million and Gangster Squad debuted in third $16.7 million.
