The Morning Maddhouse’s “28 Hour Broadcast” At The Salvation Army’s Center Of Hope
Nolimit Larry and The Morning Maddhouse is back for our Power 98 “28 Hour Broadcast” at The Salvation Army’s Center of Hope on Thursday and Friday, June 6th and 7th, to raise money for Charlotte’s biggest women and kids shelter in our area.
For 28 hours, the Maddhouse crew will be taking your monetary donations and other supplies outside of the Center of Hope as they camp out to raise money in front of the building.

The Salvation Army Center of Hope is located two miles north of Uptown Charlotte at 534 Spratt Street. When a woman and her child need immediate safety in a crisis, the Center of Hope is often their last resort. It is also the place at which they can access valuable on-site resources as well as find referrals to other social services in the community.
There are over 5,600 annual admissions to the Center of Hope, with more than 1,000 being homeless children. The Center offers a computer lab and has 224 beds in the facility.

- Professional Case Management
- Medical Clinic
- Mental & Behavioral Health Counseling
- Job Training
- Nation’s Only Shelter-Based Boys & Girls Club
